Privacy notice
Last updated October 11, 2026
This notice explains what personal information MDS collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we need.
Who we are
This website is operated by MDS. For any question about this notice or your information, use the contact form.
What we collect
Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company and website if given, country or region, preferred contact method and phone number if given, and your description of the project, process or partnership.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. To limit abuse of the form we count submissions per connection using a one-way hash of the IP address; the address itself is not stored by us, and the counts are deleted after a day.
Analytics. This site does not currently use an analytics service. We never send the content of form submissions to analytics.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project or partnership.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and content are useful.
We process inquiry information because you asked us to respond (steps taken at your request before any contract) and for our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.
Who processes it
Your information is handled by MDS and by service providers acting on our behalf:
- Website hosting and delivery (Vercel).
- Secure database storage of inquiries (Neon).
- Email delivery of inquiry notifications (Resend).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, use the contact form.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive load only when you press play, at which point that provider’s own privacy terms apply.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
